Mrs VIP (V Lane)
Funding your wallet.

Any purchases made in, MrsVIP/V-Lane, are done with funds from your virtual wallet. Therefore, you cannot purchase subscriptions and/or marketing packages until you have first funded your virtual wallet with funds from your payment processor.

Manual transfers from your payment processor will not be honoured.

The only way you can fund your wallet is through the, Virtual Wallet, feature in your back office.

To Fund Your Virtual Wallet and/or activate your payment processor:

1. Login to your MrsVIP.com account

2. Click on My Virtual Wallet on the left of your screen.

3. In the middle of the page under Fund Virtual Wallet, enter the amount that you wish to fund.

4. At the bottom of the page under Select Payment Method, check the radio button of your preferred processor

5. Click on the Fund Virtual Wallet button.

6. On the order confirmation page click Complete Purchase.

This will take you to a log in screen for your payment processor. Log in to your processor and complete the instructions and when the transaction is complete, you will be returned to MrsVIP. At this point you should be able to see the funds you have just transferred in your virtual wallet and the processor will be activated.

If for any reason the funds do not show, submit a support ticket, include the transaction details (inc. transaction number) so that they can verify the funds and add them manually.
