Private Programs
Private Programs are NOT suitable for everyone.

Private Programs are what they say they are, and are normally open to new members by personal invitation only.

I want to make it quite clear and I want you to be fully aware and understand that investing in private programs involves high risk.

There always has been and always will be a relationship between high reward and high risk, any type of speculation that offers an unusually high return on investment; is subject to high risk.

The majority of Private Programs engage in this form of speculative investment to some extent, or at some time or other.

I strongly advise you not to invest if you cannot afford to lose your investment. If losing your money only hurts your pride, then maybe that’s ok, but if losing your investment effects your family, standard of living or, gets you into financial difficulties. Then, Do Not, use it.

As always, I advise you to do your own Due Diligence on any program that you get involved with.

With Private investment programs it is not always possible to do full, Due Diligence. So I again urge you to proceed with caution when taking part in Private Programs.

The rewards are considerable, but so are the risks that may include, incompetence, lack of full disclosure, technical problems, regulatory problems, death, sickness of principles running the program, bank failures (There has been a few of those lately), outright fraud, internet hacking, and you could probably add a few yourself.

I, like a lot of people on the internet have been, “stung or scammed,” in the past but, with time we become more experienced and a little more cautious.

I ignore the majority of offers that are sent to me; I probably watch for 6 months the progress of maybe 1% of programs that have been offered to me. I then apply my own criteria and if the program matches up to any 3 of the criteria, then I will proceed with caution.

1. The program has been up and running for 6 months or more.
2. The program has been paying out consistently for 6 months or more.
3. The program was introduced to me by a close colleague who has been paid out consistently for 6 months or more with no problems
4. Management or Principles are easily contacted (Preferably by telephone), or the person that introduced me to the program has direct contact with the Principles.
5. I can start drawing out my earnings with in 30 or 60 days.

The programs that I put on this web site matches up to the above criteria, plus I have my own money in the program and, I have been consistently paid out for 6 months or more with no problems. (A word of caution, Past results do not guarantee Future Performance).

Before venturing into private programs or passive income programs that you find on this site, or anywhere else on the web there are certain things that are definite NO, No’s’ or do’s and don’ts

Do’s

1. Do take responsibility for your own Due Diligence and assessing the risks, probabilities of success and longevity of any program that you enter.

2. Do take responsibility for developing your own money management strategy. (Your financial needs and status is different from mine therefore our Money Management strategy will be different).

3. Do take responsibility for your own Exit strategy.
One way of making high risk programs less risky is to preserve your, Initial Investment, so have a clear, Exit strategy to protect your initial investment and STICK to it.

4. Do roll over a percentage of your profits, after you have withdrawn you Initial Investment.

Don’ts.

1. DO NOT invest more than you can afford to lose? If it going to affect your family or your life style or make your financial position worse, Then DO NOT use it.

2. DO NOT invest out of desperation. Think ahead and think how you would feel if your investment failed. You would probably be in an even more desperate situation, you probably invested more than you could afford to lose. DO NOT do it.

3. DO NOT Gamble with your investment capital. This is a definite NO, NO.
DO NOT, roll over, flip or compound your profits before extracting your investment capital. (Exit strategy)

4. DO NOT be greedy. Greed is a killer in this business, the majority of people that have failed in this business are people that were overcome by greed and fell into the gamblers mentality.

5. DO NOT, roll over, flip or compound your profits and watch them grow in the program. It may look good on paper or, the programs back office but, it would look a lot better in your hand or wallet and, would be a lot safer.
Always take out a percentage of your profits and roll over the residual back into the program. (Money management). Think of the 80/20 rule or any variation on that theme. I believe that 1% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

Having a plan for success should also include a plan or, at least acceptance of occasional losses, you are not going to win, win, and win, every time.
By having a plan where you take out your investment capital as soon as you can and then flip your profits whilst always taking out either a percentage of the profits and flipping the residual or, even cashing out. You stand a better chance of getting closer to the win, win, and win situation.

Reinvest your withdrawn, “initial capital,” into another program and build up your portfolio of win, win and win investments.

The above information should answer most of your concerns and is intended for your information on the way that I work and, for your education in High Yield, High Risk programs and how I work in order to minimise the risks.

If you are the type of person that likes absolute and guaranteed, guarantees, then maybe this type of program is not for you.
