Due to the recent changes with regard to banking regulations and programs not being available to clients in certain countries and the, “Private Program,” operators changing the Country in which they use banking facilities and, the confusion of what is a Private Program and what is not a Private Program. I have decided to take down the web pages dealing with specific Private Programs. You can still access my information on private programs here
